How to enter

Entry into the Betway Mzansi Super League Predictor is free.

To get started, register a new account or log into your Betway account, then:

  • Click or tap Upcoming to see a list of matches
  • Click or tap Pick Now on any fixture
  • Predict the result of the match
  • Save your picks

Each prediction will earn you points based on the following criteria:

  • Exact (correct prediction) – 5 points
  • Close (a selection ends in a draw, or a draw selection ends in one of the teams winning) – 2 points
  • Incorrect prediction – 0 points

For example:
In Jozi Stars v Paarl Rocks, you make the following selection: Jozi Stars to win.

  • If the Jozi Stars win your prediction will be “Exact” and you’ll earn 5 points.
  • If the match ends in a tie, your prediction will be “Close” and you’ll earn 2 points.
  • If the Jozi Stars lose, your prediction will be incorrect and you’ll earn no points.

If you select a Draw, then:

  • If the match ends in a draw/tie, your prediction will be “Exact” and you’ll earn 5 points.
  • If one of the teams win, your prediction will be “Close” and you’ll earn 2 points.

The player with the highest number of points at the end of the competition will win R50,000 in cash. There will also be cash prizes for players finishing second and third in the competition, as well as other weekly prizes.

You can only choose once per match and all submissions are final. All picks will lock automatically before the toss of the first game of that matchweek.
Only one submission per match per Betway account will be permitted and all submissions are final. Terms and conditions apply.

Prizes

Grand prize: R50,000 in cash
Predict correctly all the way through, and you’ll win a share of R50,000 in cash.

First runner-up: R10,000 in cash
If you finish second on the leaderboard, you’ll win R10,000 in cash.

Second runner-up: R5,000 in cash
If you finish third on the leaderboard, you’ll win R5,000 in cash.

Betway 4 to Score game

Each game week we’ll select four matches that will stand between you and the 4 To Score prize. All you have to do is select the player you think will open the scoring in each match. If you think the match will end in a goalless draw, choose No Goalscorer.

Your first entry is FREE and you can unlock another 4 entries by placing bets to the value of  R 50 for each additional entry. Please allow for up to 24 hours for your bets to unlock entries. Bets and predictions need to be made before the round closes as they do not carry over. Player odds will be displayed when they are available.

To get started with the game:

  • Pick one first goalscorer from each of the four chosen matches i.e. 4 selected players in total
  • Submit your predictions
  • You can also unlock additional entries by completing the weekly settled bet targets shown on the 4 To Score entry page. Entries need to be submitted 10 minutes before the round closes
  • Late bets made in the current round and their resulting unused entries do not carry over to the next round.
  • If you select a player and they do not form part of the match day team your selection will be deemed incorrect and you will not be able to change your selection once it is submitted
